Snap Pea Spring Salad
- 1 Hormel Cure 81 Ham Steak; julienned
- 1 lb Snap Peas; chopped into 3-4 pieces
- 4 cups Fresh Arugula
- 1 cup Feta Cheese; crumbled
- Olive Oil; to taste
- Balsamic Dressing; to taste
- 1/2 Lemon; juiced
Mix arugula and snap peas with crumbled feta cheese, Hormel® Cure 81® Ham, and dressing. Toss salad with a Lemon Juice.
Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Gris or a white blend.
