Snap Pea Spring Salad

A delightful light spring-inspired salad that pairs beautifully with the brightness of a Pinot Grigio, Pinot Gris or a white blend.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Hormel Cure 81 Ham Steak; julienned
  • 1 lb Snap Peas; chopped into 3-4 pieces
  • 4 cups Fresh Arugula
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese; crumbled
  • Olive Oil; to taste
  • Balsamic Dressing; to taste
  • 1/2 Lemon; juiced
  • DIRECTIONS

    Mix arugula and snap peas with crumbled feta cheese, Hormel® Cure 81® Ham, and dressing. Toss salad with a Lemon Juice.

    Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Gris or a white blend.
