Perfect wine as companion for a beef tartare. Plum and rosehip, mocca, mouthfull but soft tannins, well integrated tannins and alcohol, california at its best!

Was out to dinner with colleagues and suggested/recommended a bottle... it was a 2014 and could have been anything really - I assured my colleagues that it must had been a duff bottle... but bought another locally and it's just the same. Vanilla and currant's have gone... less smooth too.

I won't lose the faith guys - loved your wine for years, but the 2014 seems to be a shadow of its former incarnation.

This was a pretty good wine for my dinner. I paired it with some chili and cornbread. The initial kick of the wine was pleasant and went along with the spiciness of the chili. The description was on point when they mentioned the flavor being a full one. Will definitely be having this one in my cabinet
